Grand Ronde River

Small Mouth Bass Trip

With High Plains Drifters

Before we start….

The Grand Ronde River flows through a remote high desert canyon.  This rugged environment remains the same today as it was over a thousand years ago – no four star lodges, no fancy French cuisine.  This fishery is suited to the angler willing to forgo a few creature comforts in exchange for solitude, adventure and some great fishing.

The Trip….

We start a Boggan’s Oasis located on the river.  Your trip will include lodging at Boggan’s the day you arrive and the evening we return from the drift.  Cabins are clean and comfortable with hot showers, flush toilets and air conditioning.  We will spend two full days on the river drifting approximately thirty miles down to our take-out located just above the confluence of the might Snake River.  We provide a comfortable stream side tent camp and all meals on the river.  The two day drift allows us the access what we feel is the most productive fishing and also the most remote scenic section of the river.  A float down the Grand Ronde is much more that just another fishing trip, this is a river that provides the opportunity to experience the type of outdoor adventure that is increasing difficult to find.  The Grand Ronde is truly a total fishing adventure.

The cost of the trip is $700 per person.  We book a very limited number of trips to ensure our clients experience peak season action.  Because we are a small operation, we take pride in catering to the special needs of our clients, if you have any questions, please give me a call.  We are open to tailoring a trip to fit your needs.   Shuttle is service available for those flying to Lewiston.
